What are TDTs?

A TDT is the application of an intervention during a limited function.

The techniques are applied and sustained during the client's function - revealing how significant that intervention is the for the individual condition.

Techniques include:
  • Mobilisations With Movement (MWM)
  • Muscle Releases With Movement (MRWM)
  • Muscle Activations With Movement (MAWM)
  • Behavioural Changes (Psych Interventions) With Movement (BCWM)
  • Immediate and dramatic results are the norm

The aim of TDTs is to quickly determine which treatment intervention will achieve dramatic results for each individual client.

This exciting approach brings each practitioner's skills together for best outcomes.   Many physiotherapists who have learned and applied these techniques refer to TDTs as the "future of physiotherapy", and describe that they enjoy physiotherapy a lot more since integrating these techniques into their practice.
